With exams coming to a close, some Meredith offices and facilities will be closing for a short time. Here is a list of resources that will remain open and available for students over the upcoming break as well as a list of office and facility closure dates.
Student Health Center
The Meredith Student Health Center will remain open through Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, and will reopen on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023. Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 or the flu will need to quarantine off campus during break and should inform the Student Health Center if they have tested positive for either one of these illnesses.
Carlyle Campbell Library
The Carlyle Campbell Library will be closed for renovation starting 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16, and will reopen on Monday, Jan. 9. Although the Library on-campus will be closed, the Meredith online library is always available to students 24/7.
Campus Police
Campus Police operate on a 24-hour basis. Security will be patrolling Meredith’s campus everyday over break, and will not close. Campus Police will also be available over break for any emergencies or non-emergencies students may have on campus.
All other facilities will be closed from Dec. 17 through Jan. 9. The Meredith Herald hopes everyone has had a great fall semester and wishes everyone a wonderful and safe break.
